ORANGE CITY LOAN CLOSING

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

Orange City recently closed on a $10,500,000, loan with the New Jersey Water Bank for stormwater and sanitary sewer improvements. The project includes the demolition of substandard infrastructure and its replacement and rehabilitation. Because the site is designated as a Brownfields site, a necessary ground water remediation program will be implemented as well as the construction of an impervious cap. This project will mitigate and prevent any further contamination of the site and the surrounding areas.
