Bayonne City recently closed on a $1,628,903 loan with the New Jersey Transportation Bank for the resurfacing and reconstruction of West Fourth Street, West Ninth Street, West 11th Street, East 18th Street, West 38th Street, West 39th Street, Avenue A, and Prospect Avenue.
