UPPER DEERFIELD LOAN

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

Upper Deerfield Township recently closed on a $1,938,000 loan with the NJ Water Bank to replace the 250,000-gallon water tower serving Seabrook. The water tower was constructed in 1937 and imposes numerous health and safety issues. This project proposes removal of the Seabrook tower and replacing it with a 400,000-gallon tower, a new foundation, painting, and pipe relocation.
