NORTH HUDSON SA SEWER SEPARATION

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

North Hudson Sewer Authority recently closed on a $53,500,000 loan with the NJ Water Bank to separate two sewers in Hoboken City. Phase 2 of this project constructed the force main and a section of the new stormwater gravity sewer. The current, Phase 3, will construct the new storm sewer throughout the service area and separate it from the combined sewer system. This project is proposed in compliance with the long-term control plan to reduce combined sewer overflows to the Hudson River.
