NJIB FORUM INVITATION FOR AVAILABLE STATE FUNDS FOR TRANSPORTATION INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

Is your municipality seeking funds for a transportation project? There is still time to learn how to access those funds…..

NJ I-Bank and NJDOT Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

If your municipality is seeking funding for surface transportation infrastructure projects, the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank (I-Bank) may be the solution to your funding needs. The I-Bank is an Independent Authority within the State of NJ that is appropriated tax-payer funds by the NJ Legislature for the financing of transportation projects. The I-Bank will be conducting a webinar that will provide insight on how we can finance your projects and potentially save you money versus seeking independent financing.

In this webinar, representatives from the I-Bank will provide an overview of the benefits of the Transportation Bank's Financing Program. Some of the financial topics that will be covered include savings projections, an example of an independent financing versus I-Bank financing, and the Transportation Bank's short-term construction loan program versus its long-term loan program.

Some of the operating topics that will be covered include project eligibility, project timelines and milestones, our partnership with NJDOT Local Aid, the incorporation of Municipal Aid grants, and project and application requirements.

There will be a Q&A session at the conclusion of the webinar.
