LAMBERTVILLE CITY MUA LOAN CLOSING

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The City of Lambertville Municipal Utilities Authority recently closed on a $755,810 loan with the NJ Water Bank to rehabilitate their Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The project includes restoring the chemical building, repaving the plant area and access road, and repairing drain lines in the control building and backflow prevention building. Roofs and clarifier mechanisms will be replaced.

Water quality will be improved as a result of this project because potential wastewater discharges will be minimized or eliminated through the replacement and rehabilitation of WWTP equipment and infrastructure that has reached the end of its useful life.
