The City of Lambertville Municipal Utilities Authority (LMUA) recently closed on a $550,000 construction loan with the NJ Water Bank to rehabilitate approximately 1,450 linear feet of vitrified clay sanitary sewers with cured-in-place (CIP) lining. The repair is necessary to eliminate potential sanitary sewer discharges to surrounding water bodies and to protect human health and the environment. This project also includes the creation of an asset management plan for the LMUA.
