JCMUA BURMA ROAD LOAN CLOSING

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The Jersey City Municipal Utilities Authority (JCMUA) recently closed on a $2,770,000 loan with the NJ Water Bank to install approximately 4,039 linear feet of 8", 12", 16", and 20-inch diameter water mains along Burma Road.  Ancillary items include hydrants, valves, and water service lines that extend to curb stops, pavement and environmental restoration. This project provides a looped system serving as a backup and providing additional fire protection.
