HADDON HEIGHTS BOROUGH LOAN CLOSING

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

Haddon Heights Borough recently closed on a $100,000 loan with the NJ Water Bank to create and implement a Sanitary Sewer System Asset Management Plan (AMP). The project includes the inspection, maintenance, repair, and renewal of the Borough's infrastructure consistent with regulatory standards. The AMP will fully document the overall condition and operation of the wastewater system and identify the priority and budgetary costs of future capital investments. At this time, the Borough proposes to proceed with Asset Inventory, Mapping and Condition Assessment, Level of Service, Priority Assessment, Life Cycle Costs, and Long-term Capital Funding Strategy.
