FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP SA LOAN CLOSING

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The Franklin Township Sewerage Authority recently closed on a $4,044,510 loan with the NJ Water Bank for the cleaning and relining of approximately 750 linear feet of existing gravity sanitary sewers, the installation of 225 linear feet of new gravity sanitary sewer, the installation of approximately 970 linear feet of force main and the construction of the Hamilton Street Wastewater Pump Station. The pump station work includes construction of a valve chamber and site paving, installation of submersible pumps, piping, valves, access hatches, stand-by generator, electrical and control equipment, and all other associated work.
