The City of Hoboken recently closed on a $6,196,314 loan with the NJ Water Bank to replace approximately 8,510 linear feet of undersized and/or deteriorating cast iron piping and other water mains with new appropriately sized Ductile Iron Piping. Valves, valve boxes and 15 fire hydrants will also be replaced. 361 existing service lines will be replaced with copper service and transfers. Pavement, curbs & sidewalks will be restored.
