LAKEWOOD TOWNSHIP MUA LOAN CLOSING
NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time
Lakewood Township MUA recently closed on a $4,300,000 construction loan with the NJ Water Bank for a gravity sewer line installation. The project proposes the construction of 5,200 linear feet of new sanitary sewer along Vassar Avenue and 2,687 linear feet of new sanitary sewer along East County Line Road. Existing pump stations will be removed.
