FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP SEWERAGE AUTHORITY LOAN CLOSING

The Franklin Township Sewerage Authority recently closed on a $4 million loan with the NJ Water Bank to clean and reline approximately 750 linear feet of existing gravity sanitary sewers, install 225 linear feet of new gravity sanitary sewer, approximately 970 linear feet of force main and construct the Hamilton Street Wastewater Pump Station. The pump station work includes construction of a valve chamber and site paving, installation of submersible pumps, piping, valves, access hatches, a stand-by generator, electrical and control equipment, and all other associated work.
