SHIP BOTTOM SEWER REPLACEMENT LOAN CLOSING

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The Borough of Ship Bottom recently closed on a $4,250,000 loan with the New Jersey Water Bank to Remove and replace approximately 9,257 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer pipe with 8, 10, 12, and 15- inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe. Approximately 2,187 linear feet of lateral wyes will be removed, replaced, and connected to existing laterals. Approximately 36 sanitary manholes will be replaced and approximately 25,813 Square yards of initial State/County pavement will be restored. The project includes all required fittings, dewatering, restriping, traffic control and disturbed landscaping areas.
