LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP LOAN CLOSING

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

Long Beach Township recently closed on a $4 million loan with the NJ Water Bank. The sanitary sewer pipes are deteriorated and cracking, resulting in significant volumes of groundwater infiltration into the sewer conveyance system and allowing sewer pipes to leak into the surrounding soil and water table. The project includes the removal and replacement of 12,000 linear feet of existing sanitary sewer mains, manholes, services and clean outs.
