LIVINGSTON TOWNSHIP LOAN CLOSING

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

Livingston Township recently closed on three loans with the NJ Water Bank totaling $83,700,000 for the construction of a new PFAS and Dioxane treatment facility to treat the flows from 11 existing wells. These projects will protect public safety and comply with the NJDEP regulations governing the treatment of PFAS. The treatments will also proactively comply with anticipated DEP regulations that are currently proposed but not yet adopted.
