CLINTON TOWN AMP IMPLEMENTATION LOAN CLOSING

J I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

Clinton Town recently closed on a $966,537 loan with the NJ Water Bank to implement recommendations from the 2016 Asset Management Plan (AMP). Since 2010 there have been nine breaks in the water main within the project limits including three breaks in 2014 and 2015. In addition, the existing main is 6-inch Ductile Iron Pipe (DIP). The AMP recommended enlarging these mains to 8-inches to meet public water utility standards for the reliable delivery of potable water and improved fire protection. In addition, connecting Heather Hill Way to Blossom Hill Road will provide uninterrupted service to the residential developments.
