NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The City of Perth Amboy recently closed  on a $665,000 construction loan with the NJ Water Bank for the preparation of the CSO Permit Long Term Control Plan (LTCP) and other requirements in accordance with the New Jersey Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NJPDES) Permit to authorize discharge from its existing 16 Combined Sewer Overflows issued to the City in 2015.
