NORTH HUDSON SA EMERGENCY OUTFALL REPAIR LOAN CLOSING

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The North Hudson Sewerage Authority recently closed on a $499,946 loan with the New Jersey Water Bank to repair the W1234 combined sewer overflow outfall in Weehawken Township in Hudson County. During an internal inspection of the outfall, a high level of deterioration was noted at the crown of the 72-inch brick W1234 outfall pipe extending from Weehawken to the Hudson River. The project will include Cured-in-Place Pipe lining and geopolymer lining of the outfall.
