Here are the actions you will need to take to successfully apply for a Transportation Bank Loan.

Note: all Transportation Bank loan applications are taken through the NJ-Moves web-portal. NJ-Moves.com is the Transportation Bank's web-based loan system. For simplicity and familiarity, it is organized in a manner similar to the SAGE system utilized by counties and municipalities in their interactions with various New Jersey State agencies.

CREATE YOUR NJ-MOVES ORGANIZATION AND USER ACCOUNT

1. We advise you to gather the information required for the below steps before you apply. Once you have collected the information below, call the I-Bank at (609) 219-8601. We will authorize you in the system to enable the creation of your NJ-Moves Organization and User Account.

     • Municipality (For Towns, Cities, Villages, etc.)

2. You will receive an email from NJ-Moves containing instructions to use a temporary password. Use your email address as your User Id and log into NJ-Moves with the temporary password. You will then change the temporary password to your own password and use it to log into NJ-Moves.
