NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time
Ventnor City recently closed on a $1.2 million loan with the New Jersey Water Bank to finance critical maintenance of the North Surrey Avenue Water Tower. The project will ensure the continued reliability and safety of the city's water supply infrastructure by addressing necessary repairs and extending the useful life of this essential community asset.
