Public notice is hereby given that the New Jersey Infrastructure Bank ("I-Bank") Board of Directors will hold a public meeting on Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 10:00 am and be held electronically only. The meeting has been noticed that it will be held in the Board Room at the I-Bank’s offices, at 3131 Princeton Pike, Building 4, Suite 216, Lawrenceville, New Jersey and commences at 10:00 am and that participants will also be able to attend remotely via webinar. Although the meeting has been noticed as a hybrid meeting, ALL BOARD MEMBERS AND STAFF WILL ATTEND THE MEETING VIRTUALLY. We strongly recommend that you attend the meeting virtually as well. However, a meeting room will be available for anyone attending in person. Registration is available up to and throughout the meeting. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO OBTAIN THE ELECTRONIC MEETING LINK and is available up to and throughout the meeting. Pre-registration is encouraged. Formal action may be taken at the meeting. This notice is filed in accordance with the "Open Public Meetings Act" L.1975, c.231, as amended.
