BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP LOAN CLOSING

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The Township of Bloomfield recently closed on a $284,747 loan with the NJ Water Bank to replace their existing distribution system water meters that have exceeded their useful life with new water service meters. The proposed project will include disposal of the existing meters, installation of approximately 11,000 new water service meters throughout the Township, and installation of an Advanced Metering Infrastructure Network (AMI) system.
