CARNEY'S POINT SA LOAN

NJ I-Bank and NJDEP Helping to Improve New Jersey's Infrastructure, One Project at a Time

The Carney's Point Sewerage Authority recently closed on a $1,057,202 loan with the NJ Water Bank to remove the sanitary sewer lift station on Lafayette Road in Carneys Point Township. New sanitary sewer gravity mains will redirect sanitary sewer flow downstream eliminating the need for the pump station and allowing for its demolition. Removal of the pumping station will eliminate approximately $950,000 in electricity, labor, maintenance & repairs over a 50-year period.
